REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

10 Washington Street, Bridgeton, NJ

Client:  Gateway Community Action Partnership

 

Submission Deadline.  Interested entities must submit (3) copies of proposals no later than 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, March 9, 2016.  Submittals should be addressed and delivered to: Edward Bethea, Sr. Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, Gateway Community Action Partnership, 110 Cohansey Street, Bridgeton, NJ 08302. Bid opening to immediately follow.

Site Inspection. All prospective bidders are strongly advised to be present at a PRE-BID MEETING and site inspection on February 16, 2016 9:30 A.M.

Role Of The Selected Contractor. The selected contractor will work closely with GCAP staff and contracted architect to provide services including General Construction, Site work, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical work for a complete turn-key project.
