INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Information Technology Project Manager (F/T) Bridgeton NJ – The IT Technology Manager will plan, establish and manage information technology (IT) projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope of project. Manages, maintains and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding and staffing. Will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects. Hires and trains members of the technical staff. Oversees the day-to-day workflow of the department. Other duties as assigned. Must be organized and detail oriented. Excellent analytical, logical thinking and problem solving skills. Understanding of project management principles and planning. Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Science or Business related field required; Master’s Degree is preferred. ADMINISTRATION
Receptionist/Switchboard Operator (F/T) Bridgeton NJ- The Receptionist /Switchboard Operator will be responsible for answering all incoming calls and messages. Receptionist will coordinate the flow of all incoming communications with the office by reception, timestamp, routing, coordinate and stamp all mail in the Mailroom along with making sure all copy machines are filled. The Receptionist reports to the Director of Administration. Good communication skills and a positive attitude while working with the community and others. Must have typing and filing skills. A High School Diploma or GED is required.
SOCIAL SERVICES
Home Energy Assistance Technician (F/T) Salem NJ - Assist applicants with completing HEA application. Manage case files. Answer incoming calls & enter data into computer. Ability to work in busy office, handle heavy workload. 1-year experience in consumer friendly environment, ability to work flexible hours. Valid New Jersey Driver License, High School Diploma or GED, friendly attitude.
WIC
Program Nutritionist (F/T) Cumberland & Atlantic Counties - The program nutritionist will be responsible for determining participants’ nutritional risk and needs, will prescribe supplemental food and provide individual/group counseling to WIC program participants. Attends and participates in staff meetings, in-service training and other professional and staff development activities. Supervises clinic operations including but not limited to highrisk counseling; development of lesson plans and special activities. Assists in organizing and maintaining of general nutrition education materials and displays in the WIC clinics such as bulletin boards, pamphlets, food displays, etc. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment with multi-cultural, and multi-lingual clientele and /staff. Travel within Gateway CAP service area is required. Applicants must work well independently, and with the team. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor. A valid Driver License is required.
