Gateway to host King commemorative breakfast

  Gateway Community Action Partnership, in collaboration with Shiloh Baptist Church, will host a multi-cultural commemorative breakfast in celebration of the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. from 8 to 11 a.m., Monday, January 18 in the Marino Ballroom, 11 Washington St., Bridgeton.

  This year’s theme is “The Dream In Action” and includes a memorable ceremony, guest speaker and musical guests. The event will honor local trailblazers who demonstrated Dr. King’s dream in their daily lives with profound impact on the community.

    Tickets are $1 and include a full breakfast buffet, keynote speaker and entertainment. Space is limited and tickets are on a first-come, first-served reservation basis. There is a limit of two tickets per request. No tickets will be available at the door.

  Tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday through January 15 at Gateway’s administrative offices, 110 Cohansey St., Bridgeton.
