  Gateway Community Action Partnership’s Salem Family Success Center, 14 New Market St., Salem, in conjunction with the City of Salem Department of Housing, will hold a Community Block Party from 3 to 6 p.m., Sunday, September 1.

  The event is free and open to the public and will take place on New Market Street between Carpenter and Hires streets.

  The event will feature games and a bounce house for children music, vendors, give-away items as well as representatives from various agencies with information about their programs and resources.
