Gateway Family Success Centers Cooking up a tasty contest

  

  The Greater Bridgeton Area Family Success Center, the Holly City Family Success Center and the Salem Family Success Center have cooked up a contest that is a must for area foodies.
  The three Family Success Centers, operated by Gateway Community Action Partnership, will host a Sweet Potato Pie Fried Chicken Cooking Contest on Thursday, February 28 at 6 p.m. in the Marino Center, 11 Washington St., Bridgeton.
  The event, in honor of Black History Month, is free and open to all with prizes for first, second and third place in each category. Contestants must submit only homemade items and must be present to win. 
  Entry forms and contest rules are available at the three centers: Bridgeton: 155 Spruce St./856-451-1133, Holly City: (Millville) 21 E. High St./856-765-0205 and Salem: 14 New Market St/856-935-0944.
  Registration deadline is Monday, February 25 at noon.
